FITCOMPS TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. About us FitComps Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. [COMPANY NUMBER]), [ADDRESS], United Kingdom. Contact: hello@fitcomps.co.uk. FitComps operates skill-based prize competitions in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 (as amended). Every competition requires a correct answer to a genuine skill question and offers a free postal entry route with an equal chance of winning. 2. Skill question Every competition requires you to answer a genuine multiple-choice skill question. Only correct answers are entered into the draw. An incorrect answer means no entry is created. 3. Free entry route Every competition can be entered free by post, with exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry. Full instructions are on our free entry route page. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 4. Eligibility Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of FitComps and their immediate families may not enter. You must confirm your age when entering. 5. Maximum entries Each competition page shows the maximum number of tickets one person may hold. This limit applies across paid and free postal entries combined. Entries above the limit are void and refunded where paid. 6. Tickets and draw date Each ticket is given a unique number allocated at random. Each competition closes on the date and time published on its page, or earlier if all tickets are allocated. If a draw date must change, we will publish the new date on the site and our social channels. 7. How the winner is drawn The winning ticket number is drawn live on TikTok using a verified random number generator. 8. Winner notification and prizes Winners are contacted by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw and announced publicly by first name and town. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer within 7 days of the winner confirming their details. Physical prizes are dispatched or arranged within 14 days of the winner confirming delivery details. If a winner cannot be contacted within 28 days, FitComps may redraw. 9. Refunds and cancellation Entries are final once submitted, as a ticket number is allocated immediately. If FitComps cancels a competition, all paid entrants are refunded in full. Your statutory rights are unaffected. 10. Brand prizes FitComps is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand whose products or gift cards are offered as prizes. 11. Data Personal data is handled in line with our privacy policy. 12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
